Return & Refund Policy (English)

We only accept returns for items that are defective and cannot be operated on an official manufacturer console.

• Returns must be requested within 7 days of receipt
• No returns accepted for customer preference
• Third-party consoles or adapters are not covered
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
