Terms of Service

By placing an order on our store, you agree to the following terms.

General All products are used/pre-owned retro game items shipped from Japan. Many of our items are over 30 years old. Please read product descriptions and photos carefully before purchasing.

Condition of Used Items All items are pre-owned and may show signs of age, including but not limited to:

• Discoloration or yellowing of plastic parts
• Minor scratches, scuffs, or wear marks
• Faded labels or artwork
• General aging consistent with items 20–40+ years old

These are considered normal characteristics of vintage items and are not grounds for return or refund. We do our best to describe and photograph the condition of each item accurately.

Orders Orders are processed within 3 business days. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion.

Payment Payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards via Shopify Payments.

Testing & Compatibility We test all items using official manufacturer hardware. We are not responsible for compatibility issues with third-party consoles, adapters, or accessories.

Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
