This is a familiar and popular role-playing series. The work was executive produced by copywriter Shigesato Itoi. The story follows a 12-year-old boy with psychic powers (PSI) who embarks on a journey to uncover the cause of strange phenomena and protect his mother and sisters, ultimately confronting the alien Giegue. The best way to enjoy this game is to PLAY it slowly and turn up the volume a bit. On August 9, 1989, the "MOTHER Original Soundtrack" produced by Keiichi Suzuki (MOON RIDERS) was also released.
